Location - Capital Centre in Appleton, WI

Entry Deadline is January 16th, 2015

Must have a minimum 30 games played by January 16th, 2015

3 Player Teams, WAMO Round Robin Format, WAMO Table Rules Apply.

Team Entry Fee is $90 Per Team

Only first 24 paid teams will be accepted.

A team may roster 6 Players

At least 2 players must have played their 30 games on same league team.

All tables will be on free play

All entries must be turned in to your league operator paid in full, DO NOT leave the entry with your sponsors; they are not responsible for it.
